Asian Coleslaw recipe
Ingredients List:
2 cups of shredded cabbage.
1/3 cup of rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
2 teaspoons of sesame oil.
1 teaspoon of ground ginger.
2 teaspoons of honey.
Preparation:
Place the cabbage in a salad bowl.
Using a blender, combine all of the other ingredients.
Pour over the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
